Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Drasora. We are excited to bring our unique, custom-designed products to you. As each item is created on-demand, please review our transparent shipping process below.
Section 1 – Order Fulfillment & Production
All our products are print-on-demand, meaning they are custom-made just for you.
- Production Partner: We partner with Printify, a leading print-on-demand network, to ensure the highest quality. Your order will be expertly printed, packaged, and shipped from the fulfillment center closest to your delivery address to ensure faster and more efficient delivery. Our partners have facilities in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Please Note: For this reason, your package will be shipped from one of our partner facilities and not from our business office in Las Vegas, NV
- Production Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped.
Section 2 – Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Your total delivery time is the Production Time + Shipping Time.
- Shipping Rates:
- We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.50 for all orders.
- FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied to all orders over $150.00.

Important Notes:
- “Business days” refer to Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
- The delivery times above are estimates and may be subject to delays from the carrier, customs clearance (for international orders), or during peak holiday seasons. Drasora is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Section 3 – Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
Section 4 – Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Drasora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Note for EU Customers: Orders shipped to customers within the European Union are typically fulfilled from our European partner facilities, which may help minimize customs processing.
Section 5 – Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
